Groups are parties of 20 or more.
Groups will lose the group rate if passengers reduce the number of guests below 20 passengers at any time! No exceptions.
Groups are seating in general seating. This is NOT a private train car.
Group rate applies to pre-sale only. Additional passengers will pay the full cost of a ticket if purchasing a ticket within a 48 hour window of the day of the event.
Maximum number for groups is 70 passengers.
Please note: We will not offer group rates on Thursday mornings during the months of June-August (only departures after 1:45pm)
We require 50% deposit 30 business days prior to the train ride.
A final count of passengers is due 15 business days prior to the train ride. After this date, no refund will be issued for reduction of passenger count.
A final payment is due 10 business days prior to the train ride. Upon receiving final payment, we mail tickets to contact or contact may pick up tickets at will call the day of the train ride.
We reserve the right to prohibit passengers from boarding if final payment has not been received by the Railroad
If it is less than 30 business days before the trip, groups must pay in full upon ordering

Park Speaker Request
National Park Service representatives will board the train to speak briefly with your guests on various sights and points of interest within the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
*Park Speaker Services are offered in June – September only. *based on availability only
