5 warm and invigorating red wines carefully selected for your sampling. These 5 wines will be paired with a selection of appetizers, designed to compliment each wine. Enjoy a beautiful evening trip through Cuyahoga Valley National Park, blanketed by winter.

Enjoy a very special Valentine’s Day Eve by sampling wines from romantic French vineyards. Each wine has been hand selected and is served with an appetizer designed to complement each wine.

It’s 88º in Rio de Janeiro today, let’s celebrate our approaching warm weather by tasting wines from the South American region.

A Taste of Wines from DeBonne’ Vineyards, Madison, Ohio
“The DeBonne vineyard operation was founded by Anton Debevc in 1916.
In 1971, Tony Sr. and son Anthony, created Chalet DeBonne Vineyards, establishing world class standards in the Lake Erie and Grand River Valley District and developing one of the most successful wineries in the Mid West. Five of their select wines will be sampled along with appetizers designed to complement each wine.”

Climb aboard CVSR for stories and fun as you travel through Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The trip is a three hour round trip.

Coyote, aka the trickster, has been accused of all sorts of folly. Join CVNP for the trail of the century. Hear American Indian stories about this cunning animal and decide if the coyote is guilty of being a “trickster.”

Ghost Train
There is nothing more lonesome, more haunting, more intriguing than a train whistle in the distance, unless of course, that train is haunted. Join the National Park Service for tales of the macabre. You’ll hear about headless brakemen, hobo ghosts, and Screaming Jenny as you travel through CVNP.

Easter Egg Extravaganza
You’ll never believe what the Easter Groundhog has been up to in the past few months and there is only one way to find out. Join Ranger Pamela Machuga at the annual East Egg Extravaganza. Enjoy a puppet show, crafts and an Easter Egg hunt. Held at Happy Days Visitor Center. Travel from Rockside Station or Akron Northside Station. A shuttle bus will be provided

Thomas the Tank Engine is set to roll into Peninsula for Day Out With Thomas 2009. The event will be hosted by Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad at Boston Mill Station, 7100 Riverview Rd. and presented by HIT Entertainment. Tickets are on sale February 1st.
