Take the Train to Countryside Public Market
Have you heard the exciting development happening in Akron’s Northside Marketplace? Join Countryside Conservancy for the grand opening of the Countryside Public Market on October 28th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m…and take the train to get there!
The new indoor market space, located below Northside Marketplace in downtown Akron’s Northside District, will feature local farmers, food producers, artisans, live music and more! The market will be open every Sunday starting on October 28 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will serve as a venue for fun, educational, food-centric events throughout the year. Those cold dreary days won’t stop you from enjoying fresh foods from local food producers! Some vendors include Martha’s Farm, Brimfield Bread Oven, Ms. Julie’s Kitchen, Chocolate Harmony, Bent Tree Coffee and Ohio City Pasta!
All are welcome to join in the spooktacular Halloween-themed grand opening event!
There will be live music, door prizes, kid-friendly crafts, a costume contest and even trick-or-treating! And what’s even better? You can take the train to get to Countryside Public Market!
