Mornings on the Saint Lucie

Enjoy a relaxing morning on the rails in our Saint Lucie sound car! This luxury car offers lounge seating and cash bar. Sit back, unwind and enjoy a continental breakfast including: your choice of coffee or juice, light pastries and yogurt or fruit. Mimosas are available for additional purchase at the bar.

Night Train Ride

Looking for a fun way to spend the night out?  Take a nighttime train ride! Enjoy this exclusive two hour, round trip night time excursion. Beer, wine, snacks and other beverages will be available for purchase in our concession car.

Please note: Scenery and visibility will be limited. This is not a scenic excursion.

Tickets are $10 per person (pre-sale only). Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please plan to arrive to the station at least 30 minutes prior to departure.

Trivia on the Train!

Sunday, February 12th from 5-7 p.m.
Departs out of Rockside station at 5 p.m.

For Ages 21 and up. All aboard the Trivia Train! Join us for a fun filled night while you ride the rails through the National Park. On board, you will play three rounds of trivia (Sports, Music and Movies). There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize per round, including tickets to one of our upcoming special events.

Snacks, beer and wine will be available for additional purchase in the concession car.

Hale Farm & Village Maple Sugar Express

Saturday & Sunday, March 11, 12, 18 &19

Departs 10 a.m. out of Rockside station and 11:45 a.m. out of Akron Northside station

Climb aboard and take the train to Hale Farm and Village and explore the Maple Sugar festival! You will have the chance to help the staff with sap collection during this fun, family event that blends history and agriculture with science. Ticket includes a pancake breakfast with the price of admission.

Royalty on the Rails

Sunday, March 5th, 12:35 p.m.-2:40 p.m.
Departs at 12:35 p.m. out of Peninsula Depot

It’s a royal event! Climb aboard to meet princesses characters for a royal party on the rails! Join us for an afternoon on the train to listen to stories, sing songs, and enjoy a sweet treat! You will have the opportunity to receive autographs and take pictures with our special guests, including: Cinderella, Prince Charming, Snow Queen, and Little Mermaid!  Passengers are encouraged to dress up in costumes.
Tickets are $30 per person (Ages 2 & up). Passengers under the age of 2 may ride free on a parent or guardian’s lap. Tickets are non-exchangeable. Murder Mystery Train- “Shamrocks in Old Chicago!”

Friday, March 17th, 7-9 p.m.
Departs at 7 p.m. out of Akron Northside Station

Faith and Begorrah!  The Blarney twins are at it again!  The Windy City ‘newspaper war’ is old news, but why now, in 1917, was a reporter shot dead on the street? The Irish mob leader Grady Finnegan also shot dead in his home!  Why isn’t City Hall putting the brakes on this crime wave? Climb aboard and figure out who done it!

Guests role-play as suspects and detectives, discovering clues left at the crime scene and interrogate each other. Everyone will get a chance to solve the crime, interact with professional actors and each guest who correctly solve the mystery is awarded the Super Sleuth Certificate!

Tickets are $50 per person. Advanced registration is required.

Your ticket includes a boxed dinner, train ride and performance. The dinner menu will be announced 1 week prior to the event. Passengers requesting a vegetarian option, please contact our customer service office no later than February 17th, 2017 at 1-800-468-4070 ext. 221.

A cash bar will also be available to guests 21 and over.  A concession car will also be available on board.
